Have you ever yearned for a connection that goes beyond the surface? For me, that yearning was fulfilled the moment I stepped into the Reiki circle at The Women's Park in Miami, Florida.

More Than a Class, a Sisterhood

When I first met the ladies, I was a participant in need of healing and receiving Reiki from them. When I saw and felt the relief that Reiki provided to my body, I knew this was something I needed to dive into fully. It wasn't just the calming energy of the park or the shared practice of Reiki that drew me in. It was the incredible women who formed this circle. These ladies weren't just like-minded – they were teachers, healers, and friends overflowing with kindness, humor, unwavering support, and the courage to speak the truth.

From Soul Seekers to Soul Sisters

They say you find your tribe when you least expect it, and that's exactly what happened. Surrounded by women from different backgrounds, ages, and walks of life, I felt an instant sense of belonging. We were all on our own unique journeys of growth and exploration, and within this circle, we found a safe space to share our vulnerabilities, celebrate each other's victories, and correct each other when needed.

Distance hasn't dimmed our connection; some of us have moved away from Miami, yet our daily group chat keeps us feeling close.
