Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued for appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

Appointments canceled more than 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a refund.

To cancel, simply click the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. It is your responsibility to manage your appointment.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment duration will be shortened by the time of your delay (e.g., a 15-minute delay shortens a 45-minute appointment to 30 minutes).

Full session charges apply even if you are late.
